Sales Excellence Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Sales Excellence Analyst to join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi-country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions (FMCG experience is a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience supporting or delivering rollout projects across multiple countries or business units
- Strong understanding of field sales processes (route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs)
- Experience working with vendors and global IT teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrix organization
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal); local language is a plus
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Actively support SFA rollout activities across Italy, Spain and Portugal
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements from local sales teams
- Support configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment of SFA functionalities
- Coordinate with xlwpduy global product teams, implementation partners, and local IT
- Support data validation, master data readiness, and migration activities
- Assist with user training materials, rollout communications, and go-live support
- Provide post go-live support during hypercare and stabilization phases
- Track issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- Ensure alignment with global SFA standards while addressing local market needs
