You will work closely with the business teams to ensure efficient financial management and contribute to the sustainable growth of the company. Tasks and Responsibilities - Develop and implement medium to long-term financial strategies - Supervise financial planning, variance analysis and cash flow forecasting - Evaluate and manage financial risk, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO - Manage relations with financing partners with regard to financial and reporting aspects - Coordinate activities in support of capital increase operations - Manage relations with credit and financial institutions - Supervise general accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements and reports - Guarantee compliance with accounting and tax regulations - Manage the administration and finance team and related functions - Interact with control bodies - Optimise businesslar reports operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance - Make in-depth financial analyses to support business decisions and provide regular reports What we are looking for - Degree in Economics or related disciplines. An MBA will be a plus. - Proven experience as CFO or senior controller in structured companies. Experience in Saas scale-up will be a plus.: - Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial control and tax regulations. - Ability to use advanced financial software and ERP systems. - Ability to communicate effectively and influence strategic decisions. - Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
