Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Provides administrative and clerical support to customers, providers, facilities, and staff by disseminating information electronically and face to face for Home Based Services.Other Items of Note:

Preferred Education:High school diploma or equivalent, some college or business courses.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of general office and administrative practices/procedures. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of office machines: copier, fax, etc.Preferred Skills:Experience in Home Care Home Bases, MeditechRequired Licensure/Registration/Certification:Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Required Experience:
Experience in a clerical environmentPreferred Experience:Two years of general clerical experience; experience with multi-line phones; experience in healthcare environment.
