We continually push the boundaries of convention while maintaining a strong focus on delivering solid value for our customers and stakeholders. /p pIn this role, you will support the team and contribute to achieving successful results in global research development projects working in our Transformer Business Unit in Monselice (PD). /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 ul liLead and manage RD projects, ensuring on-time delivery within the allocated budget, and with the required quality. /li liAssist RD project managers across different locations, as well as global product managers, with project business case preparation, cost evaluation for new RD products, market introduction plans, and related activities. /li liPerform transformer electrical design and/or design review and supervise the manufacturing and testing of new solutions and prototypes according to technical project specifications based on the needs of technology management, product managers, factories, and related domain experts. /li liAssess and mitigate risks related to the introduction of new technologies and new scientific solutions. /li liPerform finite element simulations for transformers for projects or for troubleshooting assistance to factories. /li liShare knowledge and results through technical reports, specifications, and participation in training or educational initiatives. /li liDocument RD results in the form of technical reports and presentations. /li liSupport and contribute to failure analysis activities and to failure‑prevention programs. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent) and experience in transformers electrical design or design review with finite element tools. /li liExcellent problem‑solving abilities and proven capability to work in a structured and methodical manner. /li liSolid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
