Position The resource has basic knowledge concerning the functioning and characteristics of IT architectures applied to the main areas of intervention: operating systems, hardware, software and networking and has gained at least 1 year of work experience in the IT field. - Windows Workstation configuration, from factory settings to company configuration: preparation (setup) of new Workstations, reconfiguration, regeneration, decommissioning; - Android / iOS Smartphone configuration from factory settings to company configuration: preparation of new smartphones, reconfiguration, regeneration, decommissioning; - Management and updating of digital (files) and physical (warehouse) inventories with particular attention to the assignment and return processes of assets; - Delivery of company assets to new joiners and training on their use applied to the company environment according to company policies and standards; - Warehouse procurement process, management of quotations and orders to suppliers, monitoring of the entire life cycle of assets; - Asset warranty service management in case of any hardware failures; - Organize periodic hardware and software checks of assets based on their life cycle; - Management of Asset Shipments between offices and at the users' home; - Configuration and updates of the meeting room and workstation booking system; - Daily control and maintenance of the videoconferencing systems installed at the Milan office. Requirements: - Diploma in IT or technical disciplines; - Excellent written and oral presentation skills in Italian; - Good ability to speak, write and read in English;: - Availability to travel in Italy.: - Basic knowledge of the architectures and functioning of hardware and computer networks; - Specific knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Android, iOS, MacOS setup; - Ability to check and solve basic problems involving different aspects of hardware and operating systems (workstation / smartphone); - Use of the Office 365, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook; Soft skills - Propensity to work in a team; - Knowing how to operate according to deadlines and priorities, independently managing their own activities and coordinating those of the group; - Ability to collect and analyze the needs of colleagues and interface with both technical and functional interlocutors; Other information Location: Milan Offices
