An international renewable energy service provider is seeking a Junior O&M; Manager to support the operational performance of renewable energy assets across its portfolio. The business operates across multiple European markets and supports clients through operations and maintenance services, engineering support, EPC activity, and proprietary software used to manage renewable assets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the renewable energy sector. The role will involve supporting field operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring asset performance, and acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets across the assigned portfolio
Coordinate field technicians and assist with organising weekly and daily work schedules
Provide support to field teams to ensure work orders are completed effectively
Collect and review field information, then prepare clear reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including reviewing incoming offers and preparing customer quotations
Oversee subcontracted work to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
Review and check operational invoices before forwarding them for payment processing
Monitor asset performance and escalate or take action where required to support maximum output and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service standards and contractual commitments are met
Report internally on activities, operational issues, and key performance indicators
Participate in regular client meetings and provide updates on operational performance
Use internal asset management software to track operations, reporting, and performance data
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
Around 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance, asset management, or a similar function within renewable energy, engineering, or infrastructure
Strong computer literacy, including good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Structured, organised, and rigorous approach to work
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and report on numerical and operational data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional level of English, both written and spoken
Flexible approach to working hours when operational xlwpduy demands require it
