We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Assistant Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving sales by supporting Key Account Manager in managing and growing relationship with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Work closely with Key Account Manager in developing and managing strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Key Account Manager to finalize deals, ensuring the contracts are completed within the designated timeframe.
Create, update and constantly monitor sales data and assist in sales forecasting and inventory management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the key account portfolio.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge of the market, including production planning processes, stock management in sales;
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making;
Goal orientation, proactivity and consistency in action;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel;
Fluent in English and Italian;
