R&D Product Sustainability Intern
Hi 👋 We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a R&D Product Sustainability Intern to join our Product Sustainability Team within our R&D Department, based at our Innovation Center in Turin.
The selected candidate will contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lavazza’s product sustainability strategy within R&D.
The role focuses on packaging data management for EPR, environmental product assessments (including circularity and preliminary LCA), and supporting experimental activities on recycling and compostability of innovative packaging materials.
* Work hand-in-hand with R&D, IT, Procurement and Lavazza’s packaging suppliers to help develop the EPR data management
* Packaging data collection and monitoring
* Support the definition of the Design for Recycling Guidelines according to UE and Extra UE regulations
* Perform other duties as required
* You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: April or May 2026
* You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
* You have a Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Sustainability
* Specialization courses in packaging engineering, sustainability, circularity applied on packaging will be considered a plus
* You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
