All to leave your mark for sustainable growth. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ol liAccountable for all performance metrics at the 3PL Warehouse: Service Level, Cost, Inventory stock accuracy, Claim /li liEnsure capacity at the 3PL Warehouse meets requirements, proactively managing needs at Inbound, Storage, Outbound levels /li liWork closely with the Henkel Transport team to ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments /li liAct as interface/escalation point to the 3PL Warehouse for internal and external stakeholders, especially regarding customer requirements, audits /li liCheck to ensure Quality and SHE-Q standards are met through regular site visits, addressing gaps and follow-up /li liServe as WMS/SAP Key user, ensuring Master data is correctly maintained and records of daily activities are kept /li liDrive continuous improvement projects focusing on Cost, Quality, Service, and Safety /li liManage monthly POP (performance-oriented payment), ensuring correct invoicing controls /li liMonitor non-conforming stocks, focusing on return, rework, and scrap, reporting gaps/delays and pushing for resolution /li /ol h3What makes you a good fit /h3 ol liMaster's Degree in Scientific Fields (Supply Chain and Logistics preferred) /li liAt least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations within complex FMCG companies, with 5 years as Warehouse Manager, including expertise in warehouse operations and inventory control (HAZMAT experience is a plus) /li liFluency in English /li liExtensive experience with SAP R/3 and good knowledge of WMS /li liStrong communication skills, with indirect leadership over 3PL team, capable of handling requests from various stakeholders /li liStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills /li /ol pHenkel values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
