We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Test Manager to lead quality governance for a major enterprise-wide network transformation programme within a global logistics environment.
This is a high-impact contract role, ideal for a senior QA leader with deep enterprise network transformation experience and a passion for embedding structured quality practices into complex organisations.
Programme OverviewThe organisation is undertaking the full replacement of legacy Cisco Systems infrastructure with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (Aruba) technologies across:Underlay network architectureSD-WANSD-LANRouters, switches, and wireless access points

The Quality Assurance & Test Manager carries a dual mandate:Technical & Operational Quality AssuranceEnsure the transformed network environment meets defined technical, operational, performance, and security standards.Capability & Culture TransformationEstablish and embed a sustainable QA and structured testing culture across:The in-house network functionA third-party service provider with limited exposure to enterprise-grade QA practicesThis role is not just delivery-focused — it is organisationally transformational.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Define and implement the end-to-end QA & Test governance frameworkEstablish structured quality gates across all programme phasesGovern testing across underlay, SD-WAN and SD-LAN domainsDrive quality accountability across internal and external teamsIntroduce measurable KPIs and quality performance dashboardsCertify operational readiness prior to go-liveProvide executive-level quality assurance statements and reporting

We are looking for:Proven experience as a QA/Test Manager in enterprise network transformation programmesStrong understanding of:Cisco enterprise environmentsHPE Aruba networking technologiesSD-WAN / SD-LAN implementationsExperience establishing QA frameworks in environments lacking structured testing maturityStrong governance, documentation, and executive reporting capabilityExperience working with third-party service providers in outsourced modelsExcellent stakeholder engagement skillsFluent English (Portuguese is advantageous)
Ideal Background10+ years in network quality assurance / test leadershipExperience in logistics, supply chain, or other globally distributed environments preferredITIL, ISTQB, or equivalent QA certifications beneficial
