About The Role As an Asset Manager you will manage the maintenance of all the shop related equipment as welding machines and robots, milling machines and lathes, manipulators and other special machines. You will coordinate a team of maintenance operators which will work on shift basis to assure workshop continuity. You will lead the definition of the maintenance plan and adherence by leveraging internal and external capabilities and frame agreements. You will report to the Site Leader and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will manage a team of 8. This is an on-site role. Key Responsibilities Provide direct leadership to the team of maintenance operators Review Maintenance standard for shop equipment Define the maintenance plan for the different equipment Assess critical spare parts availability and define related stock levels Define investments needs to maintain and grow the workshop equipment at state‑of‑the‑art level Define skill matrix for maintenance operators to increase competencies in critical assets Manage external specialized companies for critical assets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field 8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety experience Experience in TPM, 5S program implementation Execution leadership experience Cross‑functional coordination Intermediate English competency at B1 Why Westinghouse?
