A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
* Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
* May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
* Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
* May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
* Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
* Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* At least 12 months Experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology (cardiac ablations - mapping system will be a plus)
* Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or a relevant advanced qualification.
* Good English level.
* Willingness to travel as required for the role.
* Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently while also supporting broader team initiatives.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively in a professional, high-pressure environment.
* Flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules, including occasional weekend work
