Purchasing Office Administrative Support (maternity leave) – Rapallo

Your Team
You'll work in a multidisciplinary group led by the Purchase Directorate.
Responsibilities
* Support in the management and evaluation of purchase requisitions (offer compliance, supporting documentation, comparative quotations).
* Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
* Assist in managing the purchase order workflow, including digital signatures and submission to suppliers.
* Manage and monitor the document workflow related to certificates of proper execution.
* Upload value‑based acceptances and quantity‑based inspections, and retrieve CRE attachments.
Essential requirements
* Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar discipline.
* Familiarity with main IT software packages (Word, Excel).
* Cooperative approach with stakeholders.
* Accuracy and good analytical skills.
Additional skills
* Previous experience in accounting in a public environment.
* Experience in purchase order issuance and supplier data management.
* Knowledge of SAP ERP and Arciflow tools.
* Knowledge of public procurement laws.
* Good negotiation and communication skills.
* Stakeholder orientated.
* Strong problem‑solving attitude.
* High motivation to learn.
* Spirit of innovation and creativity.
* Good at time and priority management.
* Ability to work in a challenging and international environment.

Compensation package
* EUR 35,000 - 45,000 per year.
