Our client, a global leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director to join its Strategy and Corporate Development team within the Mobility Sector, with a primary focus on the European Market. This strategic role will shape and steer corporate growth through rigorous planning, market analysis, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the EMEA region.
As a key individual contributor, you will independently lead cross-functional projects that define the medium- to long-term business direction, collaborating with strategic business units and senior leaders. Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the development and execution of corporate strategic plans that support long-term growth.
Manage annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles in collaboration with business units.
Conduct deep market analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Align business strategy with corporate vision through active collaboration with senior leadership.
Corporate Development
Financial Analysis & Business Case Development
Monitor and report performance metrics tied to corporate development projects.
Engage with senior stakeholders across internal functions and external entities.
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and strategic meetings.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and execute strategic projects independently.
Foster collaboration across Strategy, Corporate Development, and business units.
Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate development, with recent experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Proven experience leading strategic projects in the automotive or mobility sector .
Strong background in business development, corporate strategy, and financial modeling .
Experience in automotive distribution, mobility services, or adjacent sectors.
High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
