RWE Renewables Italia S.r.l., Campania, Morcone To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Operations & Maintenance As Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage inventory for our warehouses to ensure proper operation of our self-performed assets by providing spare parts. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating material movements and logistics through standardized processes. Your Tasks : Manage warehouse inventory of spare parts and perform inventory movements in SAP (and support in tools and other consumables & equipment if required) Ensure correct usage of our standard warehouse processes across all assets in cooperation with the Site Manager Work closely with local operations to plan & purchase, maintaining spare parts cost-effectively to minimize costs and downtime Create purchase requests for parts to be refurbished/repaired and coordinate shipments with vendors Ensure the highest level of HSE practices and regulatory compliance in all inventory and warehouse activities Plan and execute inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance for external audits Contribute to and improve warehouse standards & processes in cooperation with the warehouse & operation team in Europe Onshore Implement inventory optimization and spare part saving initiatives, such as proactive material planning and MRP usage in SAP Create new materials in SAP and maintain high data quality of material records throughout their lifecycle in cooperation with the central team Support warehouse setup & structure to store parts efficiently within a standardized and optimized layout (including new and existing setups, e.g., 5S principles) Leverage your knowledge and experience to support our growth, for example through projects Your Profile : Experience in warehouse & logistics, preferably in the renewables sector Relevant apprenticeship or similar qualification in warehouse, materials, or logistics Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MM High flexibility, resilience, and self-initiative Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Solution-oriented mindset with good communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders Team-oriented and able to work effectively in an international team Excellent written and spoken communication skills Location: Morcone, Italy J-18808-Ljbffr
