We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both civil and military aviation.Job DescriptionThe Technology Projects Business Program Manager will be the company focal point for the execution of the Technology Projects and the related Demonstrator, in order to show the technology readiness. She/He will report to the Military Advanced Program Manager and will coordinate all the involved functions to meet the program requirements.Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of the Technology Projects and the related Demonstrator, including the coordination of a cross functional program team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.)Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of FLIGHT DECK practices across the program by applying standard work, operating rhythm, and KPI/bowler-based performance managementSupport the Advanced Program Manager to meet company financial/timing targets within the allocated budgetManage technology projects planning, assumptions and dependenciesPerform regular risk assessments and manage mitigation activities to address key risks for technology projects, liaising with Program Risk ManagerLiase with Project Control Manager to keep updated planning and check dependencies with other Program activitiesLead the Program Control Board preparation for technology projects related itemsResponsible for configuration control of technology demonstratorUnderstand security requirements and related implications and if needed, liaising with Security and Compliance departments to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions are set in placeSupport Military Advanced Program Manager in managing internal reporting to Senior Leadership and program whitelist
Qualifications / Requirements
Master's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace EngineeringSolid experience in project management, with strong planning, documentation, execution skills and the ability to manage financial indicatorsProven ability to lead cross‐functional teams in a matrix organization, both on‐site and remotely, and to build networks and influence stakeholdersGood knowledge of the aerospace industry and understanding of the defense environment, combined with sound risk management and problem‐solving skillsAdaptability, with the ability to respond quickly to project changes, communicate promptly with a strong sense of urgency, and interact effectively at all levels of internal and external organizationsFluent written and spoken EnglishAvailability to travel as needed to support the businessItalian CitizenshipEligible to be security cleared by the Italian National Security Authority (security concerns that can lead to a determination of ineligibility are listed in art. 37 DPCM 6 November 2015 n.5)
