Ph3EE System Engineer – Casalnuovo Di Napoli, IT /h3 pPosition Mission In the aim of expanding the ETCS On Board System Engineering Team, AngelStar is looking for a candidate to work in the system engineering activities for the ETCS OBU development and integration with country-specific ATP systems as well as in projects for the specific application of ETCS on-board systems into rail vehicles. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentifying and analysing the input documentation and Customer/generally applicable requirements /li liIdentifying the functions, the architecture and the interfaces of the on board signalling system being the transportation standard in Italy and all over Europe /li liCreation of concepts, system requirements specifications and architectures at system/subsystem level /li liDesigning the system and its configuration, developing the relevant documentation /li liInterfacing the Customer and the other partners /li liParticipating to the meetings with development team of AngelStar and other partner /li liApplying processes, methods tool in accordance to AngelStar standards /li liCarrying out the systemintegration activities in lab and on field /li liSupporting laboratory tests and on-site activities /li /ul h3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering /li liExperience of at least 2 years in the railway industry preferably with the role of Systems Engineer and/or Designer focused on Board Systems /li liBasic knowledge of the disciplines related to the On Board Systems design: applicable norms, ETCS OBU function and architecture, European Technical Standards /li liKnowledge of the main regulations relating to on-board systems in the railway business /li liRelated knowledge of the basic concepts of the RAMS disciplines is an advantage /li liKnowledge of the main office automation software/tools (Word, Excel, etc.) /li liBasic knowledge of the IBM DOORS requirements management tool /li liKnowledge of Engineering Processes and Railway Operations /li liAbility to work effectively with all levels of the organisation, with the attitude to contribute with constructive and practical ideas /li liReadiness to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multitasking international environment /li liAbility to work autonomously in teams and for projects is required /li liAvailability for short-term national and international business trip /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pSosteniamo la parità di genere e promuoviamo un ambiente equo ed inclusivo.
