Role Overview – Brand Partnerships Associate:
This role is central to expanding and managing WizBay's curated network ofluxury fashion boutiques and authorized brand representatives.
You will bepersonally responsible for sourcing, approaching, and onboardingpremium boutiques across key European cities.
This means actively identifying potential sellers, initiating contact, and presenting WizBay's value proposition.
You will guide each partner through theonboarding and verification process, ensuring their collections are correctly integrated and beautifully presented on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach high-end boutiques and authorized brand reps across major European fashion cities.
• Represent WizBay in meetings with luxury partners.
• Assist sellers virtually with product uploads, compliance, and platform tools.
• Conduct research on luxury fashion trends, boutiques, and potential partners.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to maximize partner success.
• Ensure premium presentation of partner brands on WizBay.
Key Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Italian, French, Spanish, or German preferred).
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely across Europe with international teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
Compensation:
Base Incentives
€500 net per self-sourced boutique or brand representative successfully onboarded and verified.

Additional Bonuses
€250 net per boutique or lead provided by the Company and successfully activated.
€200 net per extra brand onboarded under an existing seller account (beyond the initial three-brand base).
Performance Milestone Bonus
€500 monthly premio for achieving 5 or more successful onboardings within the same month starting from 1st of each month.
Referral & Leadership Incentives
€300 bonus for each new onboarder referred to WizBay who remains active for at least one month.
Progression Path
After 3 months of consistent high performance, eligible candidates may advance to Onboarding Manager, receiving a mixed compensation model — fixed retainer (€400–€600/month) plus OAB bonuses.
