As a Retention & Prevention Manager you will lead a high-impact team with a defined mission: reduce churn, deepen customer relationships, and get ahead of risk before it materialises. As a key architect of our customer value strategy, you will turn complex data into sharp insights — and sharp insights into decisions that matter.
What you’ll own:
- Define and drive retention and prevention strategies end-to-end — from planning and prioritisation to execution and accountability
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable intelligence: anticipate risk, uncover root causes, and recommend corrective actions with confidence
- Build strong alignment across Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure strategy lands effectively
- Thrive in ambiguity — making timely, informed decisions even when the full picture is still forming
- Introduce scalable processes, tools, and initiatives with an invent-and-simplify approach
- Lead complex customer negotiations, crafting solutions that are sustainable, value-driven, and mutually beneficial
- Maintain a regular on-site presence at our Pesaro Headquarters to ensure timely, direct support to the business
