The company is actively expanding its presence across Italy, with a strong pipeline and long-term investment in the market.About the Role: As Project Manager – Solar & BESS, you will lead the delivery of utility-scale projects across Italy from ready-to-build through to commissioning. This includes managing contractors, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role is based in Italy, with flexible/hybrid working and travel to project sites as needed.Key Responsibilities:Manage project delivery from ready-to-build through to commissioning and handoverCoordinate and oversee site construction activities, including civil, electrical, and mechanical worksManage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site to ensure timely and quality executionMonitor project timelines, budgets, and resources; report progress to senior managementEnsure compliance with all HSE regulations, permits, and quality standardsAct as the main point of contact between site teams, internal departments, and external stakeholdersOversee grid connection process and interface with DNO/TSO and relevant authoritiesRequirementsMinimum 4 years’ experience in renewable energy project deliveryBackground in solar PV and/or BESS preferredStrong understanding of Italian permitting and grid processesFluent in Italian and EnglishEngineering or technical background idealWillingness to travel across ItalyIf you're looking to make an impact in the fast-growing solar and BESS sector with a leading international developer, apply today.
