Primary function: Ensuring application of IVG process and methods guidelines along PWT Systems & Components Engineering area, by implementing the necessary deployment and customization for specific needs Supporting PWT Systems & Components Engineering teams in execution of specific transversal design activities (FMEA, SOR…), according to the best practices and methodologies
Essential Responsibilities: Monitoring and supporting the application of IVG process and methods guidelines along “PWT Systems & Components Engineering” Supporting and supervising the definition and application of specific “PWT Systems & Components Engineering” procedures, instructions and modules Defining the proper methodologies and supporting the execution of specific transversal design activities, such as: Statement of Requirements (SoR) document; X-FMEA (Design, Installation…); Master Design Guidelines Supporting the definition of KPI systems for the different areas within “PWT Systems & Components Engineering” and monitoring results on regular basis Foster continuous improvement of internal process and methods for the specific area, in accordance to Model Based System Engineering IVG guidelines Supporting Quality System internal and external Audit preparation
Requirements: Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken 10 years’ experience of Product Engineering development process, with focus on powertrain engineering design methodologies Strong knowledge of main applicable Quality Systems, e.g. IATF 16949 Effective communication and seamless collaboration across engineering teams Team coordination skills and resource management experience

Availability to Travel: Expected % of Time: ≈ 5%
