The Digital & Integrated Communication Lead – Primary & Specialty Care develops promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specific channels’ requirements. He/she executes digital campaign analyses based on objectives and needs stated by Brand Managers. Based on the Marketing plan, he/she implements communication activities to enhance visibility for company and brand projects to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities : Develops promotional materials based on Marketing brand campaigns, adapting them to the specific requirements of each channel; Ensures that the developed promotional materials are of high quality, effectively and efficiently conveying the intended messages; Supports Brand Managers in cross activities related to social media properties and websites for Primary Care Brands, including domains and hosting; Executes analyses of digital campaigns based on the objectives and needs of brands stated by Brand Managers; Implements communication activities to enhance the visibility of company and brand projects to both internal and external stakeholders, based on plans approved by the Head of Marketing; Manages and supervises the cross functional team dedicated to digital and graphic design, guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards the defined objectives; Proactively interacts with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions; Knows the legal, deontological and business rules that govern the activities for which they are responsible, and act in accordance with them. Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or scientific disciplines; Experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life-science sector; At least 3 years of extensive work experience within a digital / marketing department; Required Skills : Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications; Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis; Interest in following the new trends of e-commerce, technology and digital marketing in general; In-depth knowledge of individual social channels and best practices for building and monitoring their performance; Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
