Drive sales performance by leading commercial priorities, range focus and customer engagement across all channelsTurn local customer needs into clear and actionable commercial plans, ensuring an inspiring and seamless shopping experienceLead and develop your team, building strong sales mindset, product knowledge and ownershipWork closely with the rest of the store to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively in daily operationsTake responsibility for the store beyond your area, stepping into operational topics when needed and showing curiosity and willingness to grow across the full store scope
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Experience in sales and in leading teams in customer-facing environmentsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into resultsGood understanding of customer behaviour and how to act on insightsAbility to use data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve performanceHands-on leadership style, with the ability to act quickly and take ownershipStrong communication skills and ability to build trust within the team
