You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards while maintaining strict timelines and budgets. This role requires travel to the US for on-site installation supervision (approx. 20-30% of the time). Base : Italy with travels to USA /ppbAreas of Responsibility : /b /pulliLead and manage luxury millwork and stone projects from conception to completion, working with high-net-worth individuals and elite commercial clients. /liliProduce technical shop drawings and renderings. /liliCoordinate and facilitate seamless communication between clients, vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure project success. /liliConduct thorough design and technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. /liliEdit architectural drawings as needed. /liliOversee on-site installations, providing hands-on management and support. /liliPerform site measurements and work closely with the technical / production team. /liliMonitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. /liliProactively address client inquiries with timely updates and solutions. /liliManage logistics for shipping and delivery of materials. /liliUtilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources. /liliConduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to ensure ongoing client relations. /li /ulpbChain of Command : /b The Project Manager will work closely with senior management, including design, production, and logistics teams. /ppbQualifications and Skills : /b /pulliMinimum 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury construction or high-end interior design sector, with experience overseeing millwork and stone installations. /liliHigh level of ability to read and catch mistakes in architectural drawings. /liliFluent spoken and written English and Italian skills. /liliBackground in Architecture. /liliIn-depth understanding of millwork and stone products, including their applications and installation techniques. /liliExceptional verbal and written communication skills. /liliStrong organizational and decision-making abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. /liliService and solutions-oriented mindset, with a high value for personal ownership of work. /liliProven ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. /liliAbility to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. /liliPMP or similar project management certification is a plus. /liliBachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred. /liliArchitectural knowledge and/or passion for high-end design elements is a plus. /liliMust be trained and able to use a 3D scanner and take measurements. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
