Job Description
National Account Executive - Healthcare
Are you a passionate sales professional with complex selling skills? Then join our international sales team and work in a global environment to provide our customers with the best supply chain solutions in the healthcare industry.
What You Will Do
* Position and sell the entire UPS portfolio of supply chain services – including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions
* Acquire new customers and manage existing key accounts in the healthcare segment
* Identify new business opportunities along the supply chain of our customers and develop sales strategies
* Take responsibility for achieving revenue targets
* Map out complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and position suitable solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions
* Build a strong internal and external network and collaborate with the global team
* Manage customer master data, prepare offers and contracts, and handle contract renewals
* Maintain internal sales systems and perform general administrative tasks and reporting
What Makes You Strong
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Fluent in Spanish.
* Excellent English skills both verbal and written (other languages are a plus).
* Very good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
* Previous experience as Account Executive and excellent sales skills demonstrated by proven track of success in sales.
* Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication abilities (including written, verbal and presentation skills)
* Proactive, ambitious, confident, quick learner and uses own initiative
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
* Flexibility and willingness to constant and frequent moves in Spain and occasionally Europe
* Results-oriented with a passion for healthcare and innovation
* Healthcare sector experience is a plus
