Responsibilities
Manage and improve the end-to-end Salesforce deployment pipeline using GIT and Jenkins across multiple Salesforce organizations.
Coordinate deployments across development, testing, and production environments with automated tools.
Work with development teams to facilitate CI/CD processes, ensuring smooth releases.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve deployment and environment issues.
Collaborate with Salesforce development teams for code and configuration deployment.
Enforce Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Manage Salesforce staging environments for testing and validation.
Oversee Salesforce Environment Hub, managing multiple Salesforce orgs and system health monitoring.
Perform audits of system settings, profiles, and data for security compliance.
Stay updated with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and resolve issues to ensure high availability.
Implement data security policies and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in a Salesforce DevOps role, managing releases and deployment pipelines.
Experience with release management tools like SFDX, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with Salesforce Environment Hub and managing multiple Salesforce environments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Salesforce Health Check.
Salesforce certifications such as Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Administrator Advanced, or Platform Developer II.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of ITSM principles and familiarity with Salesforce integration systems is a plus.
