The ideal candidate combines strong legal expertise with excellent English language skills, international exposure, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a genuine motivation to grow professionally within a fast‑paced global business are essential for success in this role. As a Legal Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s legal activities, contributing to the management of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters in a dynamic international environment.In your role you will:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts of various typesSupport in managing corporate secretarial activitiesSupport in handling corporate governance activities, including preparation of minutes, powers of attorney, delegations, and corporate documentationMonitor applicable regulations and preparing internal memos and legal opinionsSupport in managing compliance matters (Legislative Decree 231, whistleblowing, privacy, regulatory)Support in managing litigation and pre‑litigation activitiesSupport in managing relationships with external advisors and law firmsCollaborate with various business functions to handle day‑to‑day legal issuesThe ideal candidate has:Master’s Degree in Law2–3 years’ experience in law firms and/or the legal departments of national or international companiesExcellent command of English, both written and spokenNice to have:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience in using legal databases and regulatory research toolsUse of AI systemsStrong skills in drafting and reviewing documentsExcellent legal analysis and problem‑solving abilitiesProactivity, initiative, and strong results-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholdersLocationReggio CalabriaWorkplace CultureAgrumaria Reggina fosters a professional environment that values diversity, inclusion, and personal growth.
