Posizione: We are looking for a Controller who, reporting to the Group Head of Controlling, will be involved in the following activities: - Provide support to the budgeting and forecasting process by company and by business segments - Identify, propose and evaluate KPI for monitoring and assessing company activities and performance; - Prepare financial reports for the management and ensure they are submitted in due time; - Business control activities (monthly closing, Capex & Opex control, timely provisions, KPI monitoring); - Support in developing procedures and tools to improve efficiency in measuring the business performances; - Pro-active interaction with all company’s staff to meet their needs and to facilitate the accomplishment of their own objectives. Requisiti: Education & Experience: - At least 3 years of previous experience in Controlling, FP&A, business controlling or related position in an international industrial company. - Experience in project controlling is a nice to have; - Bachelor's degree in Economics; - Fluent in English, both written and spoken; - Excellent knowledge of Excel; - Knowledge of SAP B1 and BOARD, or other ERP is considered a plus. Skills - Strong quantitative and communication skills; - Independent and proactive attitude; - Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with can do attitude; - Able to work in a evolving environment.
