Role description
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join our HQ HR team, with responsibility for payroll and HR administration activities across Europe and the USA.
The role will act as a key point of reference for payroll operations, HR administration and compliance, working closely with external payroll providers, internal stakeholders and controlling, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
* Management and maintenance of HR and payroll systems, including coordination with external payroll and time & attendance providers
* Monthly payroll review and reconciliation, including payslip analysis and payroll accounting support
* Preparation and upload of SEPA files and execution of post-payroll payments
* Drafting of employment contracts, HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks
* Ensuring compliance with labor law, social security, tax, insurance and administrative requirements
* Management and communication of HR-related topics such as meal vouchers, welfare programs and employee benefits
* Monthly and annual support to Controlling for labor cost analysis, financial close and audit activities
* Definition, monitoring and continuous improvement of payroll & time management procedures
* Development of HR reporting, dashboards and statistics, including data accuracy and maintenance
* Acting as an HR administrative interface for employees, supporting them on payroll and HR-related matters
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in Payroll Administration / HR Administration
* Experience gained in medium-to-large manufacturing companies or labor consulting firms serving industrial clients
* Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret HR and payroll data
* Knowledge of European labor contracts is a plus
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (experience with Zucchetti and SuccessFactors is strongly preferred)
* High level of accuracy, confidentiality and reliability
* Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, projects and stakeholders in complex environments
* Good proficiency in English
