We are hiring a Buyer for our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will report to the Commodity Manager in Procurement and manage a specific material group within areas such as Exteriors, Interiors, Electrical/Electronic, or Powertrain commodities.
As part of the Procurement team, you will play a key role in supporting technical solutions, ensuring quality, and managing supplier relationships within Lamborghini and the VW Group network, especially for new vehicle projects.

Your responsibilities include:
* Leading price negotiations and awarding decisions via a global Bidder’s List
* Driving cost-saving initiatives, including supplier visits
* Scouting for new suppliers and innovations, focusing on economics and sustainability
* Analyzing market trends to develop acquisition strategies
* Participating in VW Group Commodity Meetings to align strategies across brands
* Involving early in projects to select the best technologies
* Utilizing advanced e-procurement tools
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams
About you
* University degree in Engineering
* 4-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in automotive sector
* Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to manage complex supply chains
* Target-oriented and analytical
