Ph3Job description : /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have a with a strong passion for technology and motivation to work in a multicultural and international environment characterized by high technological complexity. /p pYou will report to the Product Line Director, with functional reporting to the Project Managers for the projects you are assigned to. /p pThe other main interfaces will be the Disciplines Lead Engineers, the Technical Team of the Tenova Product Line, Procurement Team, Quality and HSE Team, Project Control Team as well as Client Technical Team and Suppliers. In addition to the execution project, the role entails also also exposure and involvement in RD projects where technical and project management skills are required. /p h3You will be responsible for the following activities : /h3 ul liOverall coordination of the engineering activities of large and complex projects for the Environmental Product Line. /li liEnsure that engineering activities are executed efficiently, timely and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. /li liOn the assigned projects, lead the engineering team in the Environmental product line and relevant internal and external suppliers, defining main guidelines, engineering development strategy and defining the main project tasks. /li liAct as the technical focal point for the Project Manager, the Client, Suppliers and Partners. /li liEnsure proper coordination among the Technical Disciplines /li liCoordinate and supervise the design and engineering activities for the Environmental Product line Scope of Supply. /li liMonitor the progress of engineering activities in accordance with the Project schedule and implement any necessary corrective actions. /li liEnsure on-time delivery of Material Requisitions. /li liManage project design changes with the Client, Partners, Vendors, and Subcontractors. /li liManage the costs of the relevant Scope of Supply portion, ensuring the projects are delivered according to budget targets. /li liSupport the Project Manager in Contract Management activities, such as variation proposals or claims associated with project design changes. /li liSupport the commissioning team. /li /ul h3Requirements : /h3 ul liBachelor’s / Master degree in Engineering. /li li10 years of experience in engineering management of complex projects for steel, oil gas, petrochemical, or power industries. /li liFluent in English /li liWillingness to travel. /liliStrong leadership, teamwork ability, collaborative approach, multi-cultural mindset, and problem-solving skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
