OverviewThe Global Finance Department — which includes Global Procurement and ICT — is committed to continuously improving the Chiesi Group's performance and governance. It plays a key role in strategic corporate operations thanks to its contribution across all areas of the Group, from geographical to global, and from business to departmental. To guide the Chiesi Group in its short-, medium- and long-term decisions, the Team defines clear targets and develops action plans to achieve them effectively.You will be involved insupport data collection, analysis, and the preparation of financial files and presentations used in planning cycles.Reporting and dashboardsprepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses (Actual vs Budget/Forecast), identifying key financial and operational performance drivers.contribute to performance monitoring and identification of rationalization opportunities within the Other Brands product portfolio.Business partneringparticipate in Finance and CARE team meetings, gaining exposure to how Finance supports and influences business decision‐making.You will need to haveEconomic or Engineering Master\'s DegreeBasic knowledge of financial processes (knowledge of SAP will be a plus)Fluent English (spoken and written).
