PThe primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution, compliance with regulations, and high-quality outcomes. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /pulliManage and supervise tender participation on behalf of the company, ensuring a correct presentation of documents required from public customers. /liliAccurately understand tender contracts and quotations as required, managing a workforce in alignment with strategy and guidelines provided by superiors and Commercial Operations Director and / or Manager. /liliMonitor new tenders through daily analysis of tenders selected by external companies or published on government portals to understand their requirements and specifications and identify those of interest to the company. /liliEnsure the entire tendering process is efficient, compliant with regulatory requirements, and of high quality from processing to award, monitoring volumes. /liliManage data processing for site and price changes. /li /ulpbAnalysis and Evaluation : /b /ppAnalyse the results of contracts (won / lost) and calculate market share in cooperation with Marketing. /ppbDevelopment and Maintenance : /b /ppEnsure the correct development and follow-up of 'contracts' software and IT tools essential for the smooth running of the department. /ppTraining and Development : /ppTrain staff (new and existing) to improve skills and understanding. /ppProcess Improvement : /ppMonitor and suggest improvements in processes and procedures. /ppbPerformance Management : /b /ppWrite and manage performance reviews to improve competencies, linking performance to merit enhancement and ensuring employees have the appropriate training and resources to do their jobs. /ppbEmployee Relations : /b /ppResolve any issues regarding employee relations and maintain a high-quality work environment to motivate employees to perform at their highest level. /ppbSupport Functions : /b /ppSupport the Manager in day-to-day operations, including development, analysis, and implementation of staffing programmes, training, planning, and recognition. /ppWork as a member or leader of special or ongoing projects that are important for area / process improvement. /ppbQualifications : /b /ppDegree in law, economics, or related disciplines or diploma with relevant experience. /ppPreferred Qualifications : /ppTenders and Contracts preferably in the biomedical sector. /ppLegislative Decree 36 / 2023 (Public Contracts Code) /ppExcellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken). /ppExperience in managing administrative, economic, and technical documentation to participate in public tenders as well as in issuing quotations to private customers. /ppExperience in optimizing internal tender management processes, including digitization and KPI monitoring. /ppAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects. /ppThorough knowledge of international medical device regulations. /ppRegulatory knowledge : /ppDocumentary and administrative management skills. /ppExperience in the use of management software and tools to participate in electronic tenders. /ppAbility to write clear documents and interact with various internal and external stakeholders. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
