Analyze business and user requirements, translating them into system specifications. Assist the project team during business analysis, process design, IT development, go-live, and rollout phases. Collaborate on improving tools and software across regions, working with all involved functions (Sales, IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Planning). Participate in developing Customer Operations processes during all project phases. Evaluate solution options with IT and business partners. Support system development initiatives during implementation and post-implementation, including integration, testing, and training. Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 system developments and enhancements. Create implementation plans and documentation. Assist the Customer Operations team in operational problem-solving. Who you are Master's degree in engineering or management. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous. Knowledge of order-to-cash processes. Familiarity with CRM and BI applications is a plus. Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Understanding of emerging digital technologies. Strong project management and analytical skills. Proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently. Team-oriented with results-driven approach. Pragmatic, business-focused, and precise. Effective prioritization skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
