We are seeking an SAP FI‑CO Specialist to join our Group IT function. Reporting to the SAP FI‑CO Coordinator, the role will support the design, implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions across the Group, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process standards.
Key Accountabilities
* Translate business requirements into SAP FI/CO configurations and functional specifications
* Support SAP projects across all phases, including analysis, testing, deployment and post go‑live activities
* Act as a reference point for SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment across implementations
* Contribute to process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with Finance and cross‑functional SAP teams to define business processes and solution design
* Provide user support and system adjustments when required
* Coordinate external consultants and support project delivery
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related fields
* At least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO
* Experience in full‑cycle SAP implementations
* Good understanding of SAP data structures and module integration
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
* Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
* Previous experience in consultancy environments is a plus
* Experience in construction or project‑based industries is a plus
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Reporting tools (e.g. BW, BO, SAP Datasphere, SAC) is a plus
Work Environment
Hybrid working model, with 3 days based in the office and 2 days working remotely.
