We are seeking for a Time & Methods to join the Industrial Engineering department, with the goal of contributing significantly to the improvement of efficiency, quality, and competitiveness across production processes. The selected candidate will work in a structured and fast‐evolving environment, focusing on the analysis, standardization, and optimization of work methods and processing times.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of production cycles and evaluation of work methods and processing times.Definition and updating of cycle times and productivity standards.Design and optimization of production layouts and operational flows.Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in terms of efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and safety.Support in the industrialization of new products and processes.Monitoring key production KPIs and preparing periodic reports.Participation in and coordination of Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Training personnel on work methods, operational standards, and procedures.Management and updating of technical documentation (cycles, bills of materials, work instructions).Support in analyzing variances related to time and cost deviations.RequirementsEducation and Technical SkillsDegree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.5–8 years of experience in Time & Methods or Industrial Engineering.Knowledge of time‐measurement methods and predetermined motion-time systems (e.G., MTM).Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis/Business Intelligence tools.Familiarity with current safety and ergonomics regulations.Good command of English, preferably with technical proficiency.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Ability to plan and manage priorities.Continuous improvement mindset.High precision, accuracy
