In this role, you will play a key part in managing the entire order process, supporting our export sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal teams and global partners. /pulliOrder Management: Order entry, order confirmation, tracking, and follow-up. /liliCollaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure sales objectives are met and provide back-up when necessary. /liliCoordinate with Supply Chain functions such as purchasing, logistics, and shipping to ensure delivery timelines are respected. /liliMaintain regular communication with international distributors regarding order status, product availability, and required documentation. /liliPrepare export documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, etc.). /liliHandle complaints and non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality and Sales teams ensuring reliable communication without fail. /liliProvide back-office support to the Export Sales team. /li /ulpQualifications: /pulliPrevious experience in customer service or export coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments. /liliExcellent command of English; additional languages such as French and German are a plus. /liliProficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of D365 will be an advantage) and good knowledge of Excel. /liliStrong organizational skills, customer orientation, and good interpersonal and communication skills. /liliPunctual, precise, and flexible with strong problem-solving abilities. /li /ulpAbout Us: /ppAMMEGA è una società multinazionale con sede in 40 paesi.
