What you'll need to have
- Previous experience working in the Commercial/Sales area is highly appreciated
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the store and the organisation
- Proven analytical skills with experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
- Good understanding of how the different commercial teams interact and how they together contribute and enable excellent quality in the sales and supply processes leading to an excellent customer experience
- Ability to work on processes with a broad perspective on the whole customer journey
- Ability to analyse and translate business and customer needs into development initiatives and translating a business plan into a tactical plan and operational performance
- Understanding of budget, cost and key performance indicators and how to use them to plan, follow up and steer the business
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Italian & English
What you'll be doing day to day
- Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with the country fulfilment availability support team to secure the highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team, taking into account country positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar and local store activities
- Work actively with the commercial team on the range change process, which is led by the commercial team, by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales starts, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities
- Secure an efficient and precise range management process and maximise successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering and ensuring they are aligned with the commercial calendar
- Support the Logistics Manager and Business Navigation Manager and work actively together with the Goods Flow Manager in analysing stock discrepancies as part of the \inventory management process
- Contribute to the store business plan and logistics action plan
- Ensure the logistics actions agreed in the store business plan are implemented within the Sales and Supply Support team
- Set goals based on agreed key performance indicators and monitor the Sales and Supply Support team's performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly
