If you are interested in the field of Commercial Excellence and you would like to work in a young and dynamic company, this is your opportunity As RGM Expert you will support RGM Promo Lead to ensure promotional strategy is properly planned and executed in the channel allowing sustainable and profitable growth for the Company as per plans and you will daily collaborate with Commercial Teams.
WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER
- Monitoring of future promo planning to anticipate risks and course correct ensuring full alignment with promo strategy, Ideal Promo Plans, RGM objectives, and financial targets
- Collect insights from customer promo planning to inform changes to promo strategy when risks and opportunities are detected
- Work with RGM Promo team, CVG and Sales to identify acceleration/mitigation plans to ensure targets are delivered
- Ensure approval process of promotions respects the agreed deadlines
- Promote an enterprise-wide RGM mindset, influencing stakeholders (Comex, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, RTM, Demand Planning) to elevate RGM as a core growth capability across the organization.

ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Experience in customer management
- Previous RGM, Category Management, Customer/Category Finance experience is a plus
- Fluency in English
