Lead Retail Operations Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced retail professional who is passionate about leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, driving performance, and maintaining positive employee relations. You will also oversee day-to-day operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of the shops operation cycle onboard.
* You will gather information, compile reports, and make data-driven decisions to drive business success. You will work closely with the Sales Director and Costa Shop Manager onboard to ensure seamless operations.
* You will maintain excellent marketing and visual merchandising standards, supervise all shops outlets organization, and suggest improvements according to company guidelines and product branding.
* You will maximize opening hours while complying with international customs regulations and onboard activities. You will also manage and develop a team of retail attendants, specialists, and supervisors in the sales department onboard.

* Oversee high-volume shop operations, providing excellent experiences to guests and upholding company standards consistently.
* Assist the Sales Director and Costa Shop Manager onboard in overseeing shop operations, aiming to provide exceptional experiences to guests and uphold company standards.
Requirements:
* B2 spoken level of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Good communication skills, curious, organized, and determined person with experience in people management.
* At least 5 years of experience in retail as a Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast-paced environments.
