What you will do :
* Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
* Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
* Meet team KPIs
* Stay updated with cutting-edge technology
* Securely handle customers' sensitive information
* Apply the latest customer happiness practices
* Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services
* Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role :
* Native Japanese and English communication skills
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
* Personal or professional experience in crypto is a must
* Analytical and research skills
* Positive and responsible attitude
* Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus :
* Experience with CRM systems
* Experience in crypto / finance
