Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role (Bressanone-based with partial remote work) for a Sales Development Representative at Guestnet. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to growing the customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, communicate with prospects, and nurture relationships to drive business success. Additionally, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for business development and enhancing the customer experience. Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development to drive revenue growth and identify opportunities. Strong Lead Generation skills and ability to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with clients and team collaboration. Proven experience in exceeding targets and understanding of sales or CRM tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage hybrid work responsibilities effectively. Familiarity with hospitality or technology solutions is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
