The impact you’ll have: - You will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials of the category for the Business Unit, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution. - You will foster long-term partnerships with your assigned suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management. - You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance. - You will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager. - You will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings. - You will conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category. - You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets. What you’ll bring to the team: - Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. - Passion and interest for the Procurement area. - Negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills. - Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills. - Drive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments. - Eagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Fluency in Italian and English.
