He/she offer support with the maintenance of logistics policies, administer and maintain inventory control program systems and coordinate with sales team to promote accurate and timely support sales team with logistic topics during the review of customer orders. Additionally, logistics officer develop reports showing transportation costs divided by categories. Responsibilities and Duties - To plan the activities of warehouse and productive departments for the efficiency of times, materials and resources - Organize shipment activities, including storage of goods, management of information and services required by the customer, organization of transport - Define logistics/packaging solutions that meet applicable requirements - Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways - Execute logistics plan to move goods to reach destinations on schedule - Review freight rates and other transportation costs to optimize working costs - Implement quality assurance throughout the logistic processes - Verify the compliance of logistics requirements with the rules relating to the export of shipped goods Qualification and Skills Required Skills: - Comfortable when working with deadlines - Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations of export - Previous experience in logistics office - Knowledge of quality assurance procedures AS/EN 9100 and related logistic requirements - Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) - English Language (written and spoken): B2 or greater - Work passion and smart learning attitude - Know how to use a management software - High School Diploma - Attention to detail - Strong time management skills - Communication skills - Ability to work well with others - Organisation skills Optional Skills - Knowledge Microsoft Dynamics Nav software - Knowledge in electronic or mechanical or optical physical basics - Experience with Inertial Navigation Systems logistics issues - Experience in military/aerospace logistics - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management engineering or similar.
