We value results‑oriented individuals who have willingness to learn, are always up to date on fashion trends, and have a strong interest in our brand and our product. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Client /h3 ul liMaster the client journey; /li liCreate customer emotion and desire; /li liEngage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by store management; /li liDeliver the Valentino Couture service in an impeccable way in every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploring the client, presentation of the product, closing and farewell); /li liFocus on development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential ones; /li liEngage the client through every selling opportunity – walk‑in, private appointment, phone consignments; /li liActively participate in sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine. /li /ul h3Operations and visual /h3 ul liDeal with all sales and after sales activities (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints); /li liEnsure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor; /li liKnow the warehouse stock of all categories in order to ensure re‑stock shelves and maximize sales; /li liRespect administration and operations procedures; /li liLiaise with the in‑store visual to follow display guidelines; verify and report all relevant information to store management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal and effective communication skills; /li liFluency in English, Italian and Russian; /li liBe a team player with a pro‑active attitude; /li liHigh fashion knowledge; /li liAbility to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary; /li liMust have client network in a luxury environment. /li /ul pThe Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equity.
