Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform, we are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions. /p h3The Impact You’ll Have /h3 ul liYou will contribute to manage the procurement of Indirect categories (professional services, capital goods and technical areas) at Group Level, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution including order entry. /li liYou will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews, negotiations and quality management. /li liYou will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders in all functions. /li liProgressively, you will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager. /li liYou will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings. /li liYou will conduct comparative analysis about suppliers’ capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness. /li liYou will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring to the Team /h3 ul liDegree in a Technical field (Engineering preferred). /li liPassion and interest in the Procurement area. /li liNegotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills. /li liAnalytical approach and project management skills. /li liDrive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments. /li liEagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li liHigh proficiency in Italian and English (nice to have Spanish/Portuguese). /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3 pInterview with the HR Business Partner, Global Commodity Manager and Procurement Director. /p h3Based in /h3 pVerona, Italy /p pReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
