About the role
We are looking for a candidate to join our client-facing department (Advisory team), responsible for all one-to-one interactions with our retail clients. The investment consultant, through remote contact channels (telephone, video call, chat, email), will contribute to building strong customer relationships and will aim to accompany customers throughout their investment journey in Moneyfarm. Initially, the consultant will be supported by a more experienced Investment Consultant to optimize customer experience and results.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact.
2. Build a strong knowledge of Moneyfarm’s products and platform.
3. Manage a portfolio of clients, actively reaching out to new and existing clients to grow their assets under management via email, phone, or video call.
4. Communicate our portfolio managers’ views on investments and financial markets to clients.
5. Provide clear and simplified advice to help clients reach their financial goals.
6. Collaborate with other departments on projects to improve the overall client experience.
7. Maintain up-to-date client contact information in the CRM (Salesforce).
Minimum Requirements:
* University Master Degree in economics or finance.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution.
* Strong interest in commercial activities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build strong client relationships and a customer-oriented attitude.
* Proficiency in English.
* Enrollment in the OCF (Organismo Di Vigilanza dell'albo unico dei consulenti finanziari) is recommended but not mandatory.
