We are looking for a brilliant HR Business Partner for the south-eastern area of Lombardia close to Emilia Romagna.
Job Purpose
The person, in order to support to the plant results achievement and improvement, will provide support in the proper management and development of plant personnel, guaranteeing consistency with legislation and with established company processes and stipulation of agreements with the labor unions conjunction with the Corporate HR team, he/she will help to implement all the human resources processes in line with Group policies and programs.
Responsibilities
Manage all procedures involving plant workers and all the local labour law litigations.
Take part in the devising of local-level strategies for the management of relations and negotiations with the Trade Unions, including definition of any integrative agreements and supervision over their proper enactment, and the handling of relations with plant-based and local union representatives, while providing specialized support to plant units in line with
Guarantee the appropriate implementation of specific company processes involving plants strategies
Ensure, through own unit and in conjunction with the F&A management, proper carrying out of administrative and accounting procedures regarding payroll, personnel management and the safeguard of privacy, and guaranteeing that activities take place in compliance to social security, fiscal and contractual regulations.
Key Requirements
Degree in legal, economic, or humanities disciplines
At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or HR BP roles, preferably in structured warehouse environments
At least 3 years of experience in leading industrial relations
Solid experience in managing union relations
Good knowledge of the English language
Visionary ability, operational autonomy, and practical approach
Excellent relational, organizational, and communication skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments
