Experteer OverviewIn this role you oversee the financial accounting and statutory reporting for Aperam S&S; Italy Srl, ensuring IFRS-compliant monthly statements and annual statutory/tax financials. You manage ledgers, VAT, intercompany activity, and bank relationships, while coordinating with external advisors and auditors. You lead process improvements in financial, accounting, and tax management and supervise outsourced activities. This position sits at the core of the finance team, driving compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with procedures and regulations
- Prepare monthly IFRS financial statements
- Prepare annual statutory and tax financial statements
- Oversee VAT activities (monthly liquidations, VAT registers, declarations)
- Draft tax returns and collaborate with external tax advisors
- Manage cost accounting including cost centers and chart of accounts
- Coordinate intercompany transactions with sister companies (including active commissions)
- Handle agent commissions and related obligations (ENASARCO)
- Contribute to defining xlwpduy and reviewing business processes affecting financial, accounting and tax management
- Manage relationships with banks, tax consultants, external auditors, and internal control bodies
- Coordinate and supervise outsourced activities
- Manage corporate formalities (board/shareholders meetings, CCIAA filings, court and revenue agency filings, statutory registers)
