OverviewSpace Industries S.p.A. is an innovative company operating in the aerospace sector, specialized in the assembly, integration, and testing of satellite systems.During a phase of rapid growth and organizational structuring, we are strengthening our internal functions and are looking for a Personnel Administration Specialist to support HR and personnel cost-related administrative activities.The Personnel Administration Specialist role is responsible for managing employee administrative processes and supporting accounting activities related to payroll and personnel costs. The position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and structured processes as the company continues to scale.Role And ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Administration & PayrollManage the administrative lifecycle of employees (hiring, contract changes, extensions, terminations)Manage attendance, absences, leave, permits, sickness, and related documentationManage pension funds enrollment and variationsAct as the main operational interface with the labor consultantCollect, verify, and transmit payroll dataReview payroll slips and manages discrepanciesRecord payroll and payslips in the accounting systemManage salary payments and bank transfersManage meal vouchers (ticket restaurant)Manage and report company welfare programsHandle expense reimbursements and business travel reportingPrepare and update monthly headcount reportingManage mandatory employment communicationsMaintain personnel documentation in compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulationsSupport basic administrative and accounting activities, including journal entry recording and monitoring of labor costs, in coordination with the Finance and HR functionsRequirementsDegree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldsUp to 5 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll-related rolesKnowledge of labor law and payroll processesBasic knowledge of accounting principles related to personnel costsGood command of English (written and spoken)Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll management toolsHigh level of confidentiality, precision, and reliabilityProactive, flexible, and well-organized approach to workWhat We OfferFull-time position, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Dynamic and fast-growing aerospace environmentDirect involvement in the structuring of HR and administrative processesProfessional growth opportunitiesWhy Join Us?Opportunity to grow within an innovative aerospace companyCentral role in building scalable HR and administrative processesCollaborative environment with high impact on company development#J-18808-Ljbffr
